These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ex ("777ex", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 777ex.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777ex platform — including the sportsbook, casino, slot games, cashier, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 777ex platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 777ex platform globally, including players accessing the platform from Pakistan.

1.2 These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

1.3 777ex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 777ex platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 777ex platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction. 777ex does not guarantee that access to or use of the platform is lawful in your country or region. If online gaming is unlawful in your jurisdiction, you must not register or use 777ex.

2.3 Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of 777ex, and members of their immediate families, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.

2.4 777ex reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds therein will be handled in accordance with applicable underage gambling procedures.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 777ex. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update any information that subsequently becomes inaccurate.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 777ex immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 777ex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.5 Account registration is limited to natural persons. Registrations made by automated means, bots, or on behalf of third parties are prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits to your 777ex account may be made using supported payment methods, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The list of available methods is subject to change without notice.

4.2 All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where local payment methods are used. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in the 777ex Cashier at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the 777ex Cashier. 777ex reserves the right to apply identity verification checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined.

4.4 You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts that are registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 777ex reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent, irregular, or prohibited activity on your account.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 777ex platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or casino title, as published within each product section of the platform.

5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except as expressly permitted by the applicable betting rules (e.g., in the event of event cancellation).

5.3 777ex reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or other error that results in odds or outcomes materially different from those that should have been offered.

5.4 Casino games and slot games on 777ex use certified random number generator technology. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical and calculated over large sample sizes — individual session results will vary.

5.5 Sports betting markets are subject to closure and settlement rules specific to each event. 777ex settlement decisions are final and binding subject to manifest error.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 777ex may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional benefits from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer.

6.2 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where a wagering requirement has been fully met as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 777ex reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting, use of automated betting systems, or collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ex platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is unlawful.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of games or outcomes.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment details for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.

777ex reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 777ex platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of 777ex or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 777ex.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ex, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings due to technical malfunction.

9.2 777ex's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 The 777ex platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 777ex collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 777ex.app/privacy-policy.

10.2 By registering on 777ex, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 777ex is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered players have access to the following tools within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 777ex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or player-initiated self-exclusion.

12.2 You may request closure of your 777ex account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via a supported withdrawal method, subject to verification and any outstanding wagering requirements being met.

12.3 777ex may retain certain account data following closure as required by applicable law, including anti-money-laundering and data retention regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Users access the 777ex platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

777ex may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon publication to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 777ex platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
